The government kept the retail prices of all types of fuel unchanged for July. Under the revised pricing schedule, the prices remain at BDT 145 per litre for octane, BDT 140 for petrol, BDT 135 for kerosene, and BDT 115 for diesel.

The Energy and Mineral Resources Division sent a notification to the Bangladesh Petroleum Corporation (BPC) on Tuesday confirming the decision. The unchanged prices will take effect from July 1.

Earlier, on May 31, the government had set the June retail prices at BDT 145 per litre for octane, BDT 140 for petrol, BDT 135 for kerosene, and BDT 115 for diesel.
