Pakistan’s High Commissioner to Bangladesh Imran Haider called on State Minister for Foreign Affairs Humaiun Kobir at the foreign ministry in Dhaka on Monday, with the two sides discussing ways to strengthen bilateral relations.

Haider congratulated Kobir on assuming office and recalled their previous meetings when Kobir served as adviser to the prime minister.

The two sides discussed ways to collaborate in trade and investment, education, health, connectivity and people-to-people contacts.

They also exchanged views on enhancing regional and international cooperation.
