Two soldiers of the Bangladesh Army were killed in an accident during a field firing exercise in Hathazari, Chattogram. An officer was also seriously injured in the incident, which took place on Wednesday, according to a statement issued by the Inter-Services Public Relations Directorate (ISPR).

The statement also said the injured officer was being taken to the Combined Military Hospital in Dhaka by helicopter.

According to ISPR, two Bangladesh Army soldiers were killed, and an officer was seriously injured in a sudden accident while a tank was firing during a firing exercise at the Hathazari Field Firing Range in Chattogram today. Necessary measures are underway to determine the cause of the accident.
