Bangladesh and China on Friday (March 28) signed one agreement on economic and technical cooperation as well as eight MoUs on translation and production of classics, exchanges, and cooperation in cultural heritage, news exchange, media, sports, and health sectors.

In addition to this, five announcements were made on the launching of formal negotiations on investment and the announcement of the commencement of the China Industrial Economic Zone.

A commercial agreement for the modernization and expansion of Mongla port and the building of a robot physiotherapy and rehabilitation center was signed.

Instrument was also signed on the donation of a cardiac surgery vehicle.
