LGRD minister signs condolence book over death of Norway’s king

The Norwegian Embassy in Dhaka arranged the signing of the condolence book to allow people to convey their grief and condolences over his death.

Bangladesh expressed deep sorrow and condolences over the death of King Harald V of Norway. On Monday, Local Government, Rural Development and Co-operatives Minister Dr Abdul Moyeen Khan signed a condolence book opened at the Norwegian Embassy in Dhaka.

King Harald V died on August 28. The Norwegian Embassy in Dhaka arranged the signing of the condolence book to allow people to convey their grief and condolences over his death.

After signing the book, the local government minister expressed, on behalf of the government and people of Bangladesh, profound sorrow and heartfelt condolences to Norway’s royal family, government and people.

Norwegian Ambassador to Bangladesh Håkon Arald Gulbrandsen was present at the time.
