Four Bangladeshis injured in drone strike at Kuwait airport

Bangladesh’s embassy in Kuwait has urged all citizens in the country to exercise heightened caution following the outbreak of hostilities in the Gulf region.

Four Bangladeshi nationals were injured in a drone strike at Kuwait International Airport, the senior secretary of the expatriates’ welfare ministry has confirmed.

The attack occurred as Tehran launched strikes against US bases and Israel in multiple countries, including Kuwait, in response to a joint US-Israeli operation in Iran, according to reports circulating online. Video footage verified by sources showed debris scattered across the Kuwait airport facility.

The injured were identified as Aminul Islam, Rakibul Islam, Masudur Rahman and Dulal Miah.
